Vyayaam, a state of the art fitness studio was established in 2002 by Ms. Ganga Raj. Ms. Ganga Raj is a Reebok Certified, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified and Yoga Certified. She created Vyayaam as a means to build a fitness environment for those individuals who were committed to training naturally and scientifically using international methods. Each Month, each week and each day is designed to cater to overall mind, body fitness. Classes are designed, by keeping fundamentally three exercise categories. These three categories include aerobic exercise, resistance training and stretching. These three groups have very different effects upon the muscles and the body.
Vyayaam, with the latest scientific training as its core strength, has been a runaway success since its inception .The passion and dedication and sheer knowledge has brought in a wave of fitness awareness in Vizag. Now, it's the students themselves who are a main attraction - they are seen as role models, icons and idols to many, and just by competing with themselves , act as motivators to countless others to reach a new goal, get in shape, improve self confidence, &/or learn how to deal with a health with a great deal of attitude and awareness.
Vyayaam recognizes this and is extremely proud of each and every individual who steps foot on stage to demonstrate fitness to their friends and families and spread the fitness viral. Vyayaam is proud to host its annual show ‘Bodies in Motion” every October. Vyayaam‘s ‘Bodies in Motion “show is the most exciting, vibrant and dynamic show in Vizag.
